Mikaela Kehsler Medina

Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the School of Law of Universidad Alberto Hurtado, cum laude (2020), with postgraduate studies in criminal law: Course on Economic Crimes (2023) and Diploma in Economic Criminal Law (2024), both at School of Law of Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Ms. Kehsler is an associate at HARASIC / BARROS, where she works at the litigation department, providing counsel in criminal and civil matters.

Previously, she worked as a paralegal at Harasic, Medina, Dal Pozzo & Lopez, which later became Harasic, Medina & Dal Pozzo (2018-2020) and, subsequently, as an associate at the same firm (2021).

Ms. Kehsler was a recipient of the Iberoamérica Scholarship granted by Banco Santander, to study at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, in Madrid, Spain (2017). She was a member of the litigation team of Universidad Alberto Hurtado during the XII International Arbitration Competition, an event organized by Universidad de Rosario and Universidad de Buenos Aires, which was held in Bogotá, Colombia (2018).

Ms. Kehsler is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
