Bachelor of Legal and Social Sciences from the Universidad de Chile School of Law, graduated summa cum laude (2021). Diploma in current problems of civil liability from the same university (2024).
Ms. Covarrubias is associate attorney at the law firm HARASIC /BARROS, where she litigates civil, comercial and antitrust matters. She has been involved in representing and advising clients in highly complex civil litigation and arbitration, in contractual, corporate and construction matters, and also in expropriation procedures.
Previously, she worked as an associate at Guerrero & Olivos (2022-2023), the same place where she held the position of investigative paralegal (2018-2021).
In the academic field, Ms. Covarrubias has worked as an assistant professor of Civil, Procedural, Constitutional and Economic Law at the Universidad de Chile School of Law. In addition, she was an assistant professor of the Civil Procedural Law Clinic, Universidad Católica de Chile Law School.
